Yeah I realize I’m in a unique upbringing with her. She pretty much raised me until 18. Growing up in a single parent home she took me to the bus stop when I was little, made my dinners, and attended my sporting events etc.

I would never wish a demented loved one on anyone. It’s hard seeing someone forget who you are, and who they are.

I haven’t had that in my family, but I see it all the time with clients. Must be tough, man.

That's a tough pill to swallow. Until a person has experienced dementia first hand, they really don't understand just how sh*tty of a disease it really is. Unfortunately I have, my wife's mother passed away 1 year ago after a 4.5 year battle with it.
You're lucky ya'll can afford the Lock Down Unit (assisted living), we couldn't as my wife was the only child and Grans SS wasn't enough. So she lived with us, while she lost her dignity and slowly her memory, like u said didn't know her own daughter, much less who she was or had been. I could tell you Horror Stories of how you have to lock down house so they don't walk away. Child locks because she'd forget that she just ate 10 minutes ago, and would eat till it made her sick, Literally. Sweetest woman in the world, never cussed or been in a fight in her life, would now cuss and crack you up side your head. Heart breaking sh*t like having to relocate kitchen trash can and dog bowls, or when they just stop getting up to go to bathroom.

The family's also suffer so much because of this Cruel Disease. Those people who have done it, are God Sends. Our grans struggle ended when she fell and broke her hip, a few months later her suffering and ours ended. I had never seen/heard of this b4 gran, it was the toughest thing I ever experienced in my life, and I truly wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy. Praying for ya'll

I will say this if your going through all of that but still come onto sbr and post in threads you cant use that as an excuse not to do something that literally takes 30 seconds to do imo.

To be clear, I have no qualms with other leagues... I am just saying we have a good thing going here.

I like the idea of rotating the bottom two out.

Either you’re not committed. (Stealthy I am sorry about your gma) or you’re not. Stealthy has a history of checking out when things aren’t going well. My guess is he would understand and not object to this idea.

As for all the relegation talk, the process for joining League 1 next year will not change, first 11 League I alumni to post up get in. There are more alumni than those that joined this year, I will post the list as usual.
