Hintz has been money for the past couple months. Took him a bit of back-and-forth down the the minors, but he appears to want to stay now. Been a solid 2nd line contributor, which Dallas really needed, and I think they got it now and its made all the difference for them.

I think people are getting too excited about the Blues because of the tremendous goalie. That is huge, but not everything. Dallas is the better all-around team.

Sharks/Avs looks like it could go 7. The Avs played great tonight and really controlled the game but I think the Sharks can win 2 out of 3 from them being that they have home ice.

Islanders may decide to start goalie Thomas Greiss tonight for game 4. He hasn't played in a month since the end of the regular season. Believe he's 3-0 in his career in games played in Carolina, including one shutout.

Bishop carried the team game 7 with 52 saves into double overtime, but the Stars players didn't have anything to give these past two games. Blues dominated the stat sheet, and maybe I'm downplaying their effort, but it looked to me Dallas was running with their tank on empty.
