I get that Jaker, but the potential value of a straight up trade like that is severely negative for phillyguy. Breida is still a relatively unknown commodity, while OBJ is an established fantasy stud. At least offer 2 rbs, that would be more equitable.

I like discussing trade potentials with phillyguy, he works to make sure the trade is equitable for both he and his trade partners. Some guys in this league (LT Profits) are just out to fleece their trade partner by dangling a carrot.

What are you talking about, when have I ever tried to fleece anyone? I go out of my way to offer fair trades on the rare occasions that I do (I am more of a free agent guy), offering one sided trades does you no good because nobody would ever want to trade with you.

That does not quality as a fleece. At the time Fitz had just had his three straight 400-yard games and he was starting the next game even with Winston back. And I offered him even up for what, your RB4? I have heard far more lopsided offers.

LT, we all knew he was gonna get benched. Yeah he put up phenomenal numbers fantasy wise vs Pitt but the 3 ints all but sealed his fate. He has a history of fading and being a TO machine, that's why he's been on so many teams primarily as a backup. He wasn't gonna last, you knew it, I knew it, the whole league knew it. So you tried to recoup something from essentially a dead roster spot, even if it was DJJ, but at the time Baker came in it appeared DJJ would hold more value with a gunslinging QB (which hasn't panned out). As far as upside at the time of the trade offer, Fitz offered zero, and Duke had tremendous upside.

I understand the tactic, but I just don't like it cuz, frankly, it kinda insults my intelligence.

If you want a stud WR you either give up a stud yourself in a straight up 1-1 trade or package players (not defenses).

If for some insane reason phillyguy accepted breida for OBJ, I'd vote to veto.
