regarding the roval......

Im not wild about the half-ass chicane at turns 11-12.... but, I guess with danica retired, they needed to have a chicane other than the 10 car for the drivers to have to dodge on the straightaways....

I hope it works. A road course inside a stadium where you can see the whole track from every seat could be great.

From reading driver reactions I fear this layout may not be right yet though :\

They have tweaked it a couple of times already after driver tests and none of them sounded like they thought it was ideal.

They had to change layout several times because they kept going faster each test and carrying too much speed. Should be interesting

Interesting.

I thought Beuscher and McDowell looked good enough for top 15s in practice and pondered a few bucks on the huge odds. Guess some others felt the same.

The guy in charge at 5 Dimes screwed a lot of stuff up today.

Kenseth was also missing.

Then an hour before the race or so, he was added, but his win odds were +2000

His odds to finish top 3 were more than that...

If you send 25 points, your prize will be 25% of whatever you win. If you are a non-pro and want to send 2 points or 4 points, or 10 points over 5 days, then you will win that matching percentage of whatever prize you win.

When the race started i thought i messed up for taking Kyle Busch to win after i saw he started 40 but i knew he could do it ....

I did not know I could play for 1 point.

I should've had that week outright. Unusually, they locked it early and I was trying to swap out Kenseth for Newman and missed it by seconds. Kenseth was my one dud.

Yeah, I should've got in too. Final regular season games in baseball have been killing me though, and poker not much better.

The idea was always that no one had to miss any weeks, and maybe we would end up with some big jackpot weeks. Just did not turn out that way.

Will send out PMs to all players to have a say about best way to adjust it next year.

Last place hasn't been a big hit and I think 1st place does not pay enough, so prob get rid of that, but will pm all to ask opinions before seasn ends.

Also thinking of dropping the up front payments for the season and make it some sort of weekly entry fee to make that pool instead.
