Probably to 2nd or 3rd round, he SHOULD have awesome second half of season with fresher legs than defenders.

No but it allows you to enter and use your points. I would go SBR Pro, $100 to charity, then go to the BetPoints forum and request a loan. People giving out loans all day every day. Then you just set up a payback structure with them.

LT could possibly sign you up early, but if it fills up and you haven't paid the entry fee there could be an issue. I would make your Pro Donation to CureAngelman then go to the BetPoints forum (link above) and request your loan. You will have the 3k in points befre the SBR Pro status becomes official.
