Adam Scheffer just reported the Miami Dolphins were preparing to fire Coach Philbin as of Sunday Night. Dolphins are on a bye this upcoming week.

Dolphins are a mess tannehill is a fukking horrible nfl qb let's cut to the chase thst bastard had 8 try's from the 5 yard line to complete a td pass and can't pinpoint a ball you would almost think he was wr @ Texas AM that's just playing a qb that's about how accurate he is. They aren't making the playoffs with that dude at qb unless they get a lights out defense ....not even close right now.

you have to hire someone that the players like or they will tank to get rid of you. current nfl players do not like tough acting disciplinarians types. they want to be coddled and praised.

Just the opposite. Philbin was a coddler. Dolphins need a fire and brimstone coach that the players will respect.
