He was the overall #1 draft pick this spring.

I didn't see him play much in college but his numbers were off the charts.

I like him, but would not be that upset if he leaves. As long as the Reds get something worth while.

I really like this move, always been a Volquez fan. Guy is a horse that will eat a lot of innings.

Hopefully Volquez will get back to his 2008 form when he went 17-6 for koz-man's Reds and made the All-Star team.

At first I was not happy with the trade, but he worked out very well.

Heard rumors that hes either a hot-head or a club house cancer. But I did not see any signs of this
type of behavior this past year.

I think I'm in the minority on this one...

I'm thrilled that the Pirates signed Charlie Morton to a 3-year deal this week.

I've always been a big Charlie fan and I'm confident he's going to continue on from his strong 2013 performance.
