no I wouldn't recommend buying any game to -150...I really don't know what to tell you other than I played this game at -16.5 for my investors, this was before the suspensions were announced...to me the suspensions don't affect the key reason for me taking PSU in this game which is their running game vs. the OSU front seven...do as you wish, hope this helps...

I know that the ECU, Miami and even the PSU game could be affected by weather (and as I said in my write-up the weather may even help Stanford due to it being cooler than normal in Arizona)...I think the weather helps the dog usually (I know this is a broad generalization), so other than PSU I feel we have advantages...

Excellent analyses.
You almost changed my mind on that Nevada game, but I think I'll just watch it. I'll pull for Nevada. I'd love to see the upset there, and I don't think it is out of the question, if Nevada's defense, especially in the backfield, can come up way big. Nevada's running attack might surprise some folks this year. They have excellent backs (by WAC standards)going about four deep from what I understand. Ault has been raving about them, and Ault doesn't rave much.
I love the Georgia Tech call. I have them at +6.5 (-105). (I'm a recreational handicapper, and I don't claim to get great lines.) I'd love to have the touchdown, but even at 6.5 I think it's a solid play. I almost like the moneyline (in the +230 range), but decided to not go there. I'm staying a bit conservative now, trying to get in the green to start the season off.
My other pick -- my WAC play this week -- is Nebraska at -26 (-110). I sometimes get seduced by big faves, and this is one of those times. I'm visualizing a 45-7 game.

appreciate it bro...thanks also for your insight...I played Georgia Tech +6.5 (+112) for my investors earlier in the week and agree at +6.5 it is still a good play...I too am a recreational handicapper, it's much better to enjoy the games that way and know that your day job will still pay the bills...I actually did eye Nebraska, my concern is that SJSU will try to slow the game down...will they be successful at it without a running game?...probably not...if I were to bet one three touchdown or more fav this week, Nebraska would be it...GL to you...Comment -

Hey, great writeups again! I´m really glad I found this forum, I usually just play the NFL so college is new to me and it´s great reading your thread for learning and hopefully winning.
The bad news is that the only televised game here in Sweden is Ohio vs Ohio St, do you have any leans in that one, seems like alot of points and a good chance for that backdoor cover.
Oh and btw, I understand that college football is your main sport when capping but do you also cap the NFL?

Hey Pags, do you still feel Penn St. can cover today with all the bad weather they are getting? Checking out the weather, looks pretty horrible. I was able to get Penn St. at -14 earlier in the week, Line is at 15.5 now, thinking about possibly buying it back due to the shitty weather. I find that large favs have a tough time covering in bad weather.Comment -
