I'm curious as to why you like Miss. St...Hopefully, we will do well.

Sorry for responding so late. Regardless of last week's games, Auburn and Miss St are 2 teams heading in opposite directions. Miss St is on the rise and Auburn while not necessarily on the decline is rebuilding. They lost Cam, a RB, their top 2 WR, and 4 O-lineman. On defense they lost Fairley, 3 other contributing D-lineman, 2 starting LB, and 2 DB. That is a lot to replace in one offseason. They couldn't stop a pretty poor Utah State team and even if they fix mistakes, Miss St's offense is a lot better than the Aggies. Auburn should be able to put up some points so I also like the over, but I think Miss St will control the game and clock with their run game.

Thanks for responding. You make valid points about Miss. St. being on the rise and Auburn rebuilding....and Auburn having lost many experienced players. I just feel that Auburn still has more talent (even though they lack experience). Their near loss last week will help them focus more for this game. Also, with this being the conference opener, I expect Auburn to keep this one close. It is VERY tough to win on the road in the SEC and Auburn getting 7 pts. is well worth the risk IMO. I would actually have Miss. St. on upset alert.

Yeah, I made all plays Mon. evening and posted them here early Tues. a.m.
I set my own lines and make comparisons when Vegas drops them. I like to get my action in early when it looks as though it can benefit me more. The only danger in doing this is an unexpected injury or line moving against you. All in all, the reward outweighs the risk if you are wise.

People, don't be fooled. LSU is the play. I see a lot of posters on here giving bad info. to justify Miss. St. as being the play. I would post my detailed writeup on this game, but another poster already has. Refer to Donkwin's season thread. This is the most accurate explanation of why LSU is the correct side.


P.S. One of my favorite trends to follow is SEC Home Underdog, however, this one does not fit the bill.
