i don't like NIU very much there. i think that there's a decent chance they lose by double digits. you have to believe that Wichita State will come out flat and won't be ready for NIU, but i don't see it. BOL whatever you decide.

Thanks for your thought on the NFL. I'm thinking of just letting my small play on th Pack float and grab some under. The other game - I just don't trust the Jets and maybe like you say - the over is the way to go.

hey, Rick, sorry i wasn't on the thread much last night. caught the flu from my son and it's kicking my ass, so i didn't move from the couch once Purdue game started. glad that you took NI, i felt bad when i saw how well they were playing. i had a bad night and that was one of many games about which i was wrong. we had a chance to make it profitable with 3 more points in PSU/Purdue and if Iowa State could've avoided OT (or at least a 6-point play on a technical late in OT). oh well. i hope that your 2H plays worked out well for you.

1-3 -7 last night, 9-7-1 +4.3u overall.

Undefeated last night, not too bad. I shied away from the NBA though.

Easy covers on Air Force(+18), Louisville(-7), Notre Dame(-4.5), and San Diego (+29).

Ohio State (-19.5) had me on the edge of my seat, but I knew Iowa would screw it up and not cover. They have been one of the worst CBB teams I have seen this year. The Iowa/Wake Forrest game was like the special freakin' olympics.

5-0 +8 units. This was my second best NCAAB night this year, and I almost didn't lay any money.

Great job last night Zulu. I think I'll stay away from the NBA for the most part - don't know enough yet. But I did take Milwaukee 2nd half last night and that was nice.

hey, fellas, haven't had much chance to cap today, crazy busy at work. the one pick that i had my eye on was Wright State/Youngstown State over, but not 100% sure on that yet. going to run home and put my nose to the grindstone and work out some winners. if you guys have any thoughts/leans, post them and i'll get on 'em in a half hour or so.

well, i missed all the early ones. snowing hard. thanks for the tips, zulu and trebek. i haven't looked at much yet, but i could definitely see me on Wisky. i'll get to cappin' but the more i think about it, the more i like that Wright State/YSU over 127' at 745.

YSU will try to keep up and the game will be relatively uptempo from the start. off the upset of Butler, Wright State will strut a bit. Wright State, 73-65.

the pace really picked up, but that was a good spot, rick. any 1H that finishes in the neighborhood of 40 is game for a 2H over if it can be competitive at all.

i would go over, but i don't think i'd play it. as you know, Ryan can have them choke a team out when he wants. since they're off Illinois with NU up next, i wouldn't think this is too much of a candidate, but then again, it's possible for Wisky to hold the Hoosiers under 50. 75-50 is under. anyway, what do i know, i was wrong plenty last night.

I don't know how many times I thought the Badgers should go over - and I lost. No Play - just hope they cover. I feel for Crean - probably wishes he'd have stayed at MU.

Legendz moved almost an hour ago and no one has followed. Bodog or some such at 14. anyway, i think Wisky, 78-58. Indiana's off their big 19-point win over UM, but that's after a month of getting pasted. Bo Ryan will get the Badgers back to being the Badgers at home tonight.
