Thought it was funny he was on sideline for 2 seconds and they're like doctors must have evaluated him through full concussion protocol or they wouldn't let him out! I like the WMU pick. I also like the Under at 45. MSU has a top 10 defense and has a horrid offense. With that being said I could see a 28-7 or 31-7.

I'm fairly new to SBR and just wanted to say I loved your write ups Mac and thought you had good insight. I know you said you liked SMU tonight but I'm thinking with Tech's new coach its gonna be a shoot out and I just think Tech will have the better athletes. Damn Skippy! With ya on FAU and SMU

Florida Atlantic vs Miami 8pm est

FAU just joined Conference USA, they will really want to establish themselves and look respectable in this game. FAU has recruited some fairly good players for that school's history. FAU has 3 good RB's and I like WR Dukes and TE Dorvilus but big question at QB. They will probably use a multitude of QBs, like 4 of them in different packages. The Oline is patched up which is a huge concern along with QB.

Miami will run the ball with Duke Johnson. Hopefully running will eat clock and make the 31 spread hard to cover. Miami's defense is undisciplined and is known to make mental mistakes. Hopefully FAU can capitalize on Miami penalties/mistakes and put up some points. If they can score 17-21 points it will be difficult for Miami to cover.

If FAU can get a few stops with their defense against the run this should be an easy cover.
