UF was a very good 2nd half team last year. The only thing I'd worry about is UF taking out starters early as they prepare for Miami next week. But the backups are better than Toledo's starters anyway.

I think they're going to pound Toledo physically here. We'll see.

Sorry about that Romanov. If UF would have just ran and ran they would have put up 21 points in that 2nd half easily. Driskel and his bonehead plays lost an easy cover there.

UF is still a team who's offense isn't good enough to put up a lot of points. Driskel is a huge liability at QB. He makes too many negative plays that kills drives. The team also is the most penalized every year too.

I didn't panic. I saw a Toledo team that could not score and a UF team that could run at will. I'm not sure why they kept trying to throw the ball in that 3rd quarter?

It still was very close. They almost had the cover 3 times and the game ended with them at the 3 yard line. Sometimes you have to go with what you have but sometimes you have to play the angles. Close one of of what will surely be many this year.

I disagree about Driskel. He surprised me & I thought he played well today. I think the biggest problem with the Florida offense is at the receiver position. Word is that Fulwood has the most talent on the roster, but it's a lot to ask for a freshman to be the go to guy. I just find it odd that this is the 3rd year for the staff and the offense hasn't found it's identity yet. As an alumni of Florida State I wish you guys the best of luck, until Thanksgiving weekend.
