The casinos limit to winner gamblers?

¿How often can this happen?....,
¿How much I supposed to bet as a maximum to prevent this happen?

I heard this happend in casinos online but what about a physical casino, taking the money in hand?

Offline casinos do limit winners at blackjack tables. Online I have not heard, except for bookmakers if they suspect you of arbitrage betting.
