Another blow to my plans. I was really expecting Jacoby to KO Tavares.

Clifford is a tougher fight IMO. He's takedowns are vicious. His cardio is questionable. I think Jacoby has better striking. But can he keep it standing? That's the question.

ha yeah I guess they must be locked in with Spike or still want to get viewers on spike as it benefits UFC somehow?

I think the key to victory for BJ is to take Nick down and keep down and win rounds.

Key to victory for Diaz: use reach jab BJ into a decision win.

                          I've bet on Diaz.

The character development in that series was INSANE. Even the smaller part characters like the Greek, Wallace from Season 1, Kenard, Chris Partlow etc. were more developed than most starring characters in other shows despite them not really having much backstory. Aside from my namesake, I'd say Marlo was my favorite. Ruthless ass dude.

HBO shows tend to be pretty badass, with a few exceptions.

yea man well put, GREAT characters - even those with small roles. I've enjoyed most shows from HBO. Sopranos was my favorite series of all time until I saw the wire. (Band of Brothers isn't a TV series but more a long movie, otherwise that would be my favorite of all time).

I have in my netflix a short tv series called 'the corner' which is about drug addicts in Baltimore, made by the creators of the wire. You seen it? Supposed to be good if you like the wire I guess.

                                      *SPOILER*

I'll admit I was a bit pissed when stringer got capped... I wasn't sold on marlo being the new big dog. But marlo turned out to be perfect, a great replacement and fresh start to the rest of the series. Def a raw depiction of a young, wise, ruthless drug kingpin. Season 4 turned out to be my favorite season. I forget his name, but I thinmk it was 'biggs' or 'boggs' the junkie addict - that guy was a great actor. Season 4 where he kept getting bullied by that big 'dee-bo' like bum was pretty surreal - vivid scenes of a bum's life! Or ziggy from Season 2, what a shocker he turned out to be...

that's cool your name on here is after joe, never realized it till now haha. Cheers.

He does a good job with his character on Boardwalk empire as well.

Highly recommended for anyone who hasn't seen it.

Bummer.. was looking to play on Jorgensen and Vera but both came out a little juicy for my taste... Hopefully they get a little more reasonable so I can at least use them as parlay fodder when 5dimes releases them.

-550 on Vera? Horrible odds. No play there.

I would take Jorgensen now. I think he will close at -400 or more.

Its a trend. Openers suck compared to a year ago. At least it feels like it.

I was hoping Vera would open around -350.

Ramsey Nijem -210 doesn't look too bad.
