    Nitrogensports freezing account no reason for up to a week

    Been a member 5 years but things have been going down hill fast at Nitrogen. The support is the worst in the industry.

    Two days ago I tried to make a withdrawal and they flagged me and sent me a message telling my to clarify my relationship with 6 other accounts I never heard of. I've only had one account for 5 years. They've locked up 0.5 BTC for two days now and say it can take up to a week to resolve.

    I just find this ridiculous that I can't bet or withdraw my funds for some random reason with zero communication with what is going on.

    I was on one of hottest streaks of my life and I missed all the NBA yesterday and now champions league today.

    Thank goodness for heritagesports.

    Nitrogen has lost my business for good. This is a warning for any others that are thinking of betting at Nitrogen or holding funds there.

    Nitrogen security is top notch and they just don’t randomly do these account reviews for no reason..something triggers it many times poker or casino issue or past post bets or multi accounts to violate terms of service

    Top notch? thats a weird thing to say. I don't play poker or online casinos. I don't use a vpn. I've had a same account for the last 5 years. I only do straight bets and parlays on major sports. So yes they do freeze accounts for no reason.

    I'm sharing my experience. Feel free to ignore it.

    Account is still frozen. I can't chat. I cant bet. I cant withdraw. No answer from support.

    The dumbest part of Nitrogen is that EVERY TIME you log in, it goes to this screen:

    So EVERY TIME you log in you could hit the button that says "Create an anonymous account" and create another account.

    I know that I did that several times before I ever deposited, because there was no way I could remember the other accounts that I had made! But I never have deposited any money except in the one that I use now.


    So luckily for me, they have never pulled the "multiple accounts" horse-sheit on me, but I see now that they could.

    They froze my account... said i overlapped or dumped chips... i havent played poker on their site in well over a year.. i log in, i make bets.. they told me i had to set up 2factor log on with google authenticator... i did that.. i put the key code in and now i cant log in at all.. of course this all happens after i make a deposit.. the message for the freeze was dated the 22nd, my last losing bet which wiped my balance was the 19th.. i have been with them years now and dont deserve this bullshit.. I swear on my childrens lives that i dont play poker, have never logged on with another account or eve. Anonymous...

    If you shoot in a sportsbook complaint form we may be able to help you work out what is going on here.

    They replied in an email that my account has been unfrozen... yet now i cant log on as it says wrong user name or password... nothing has changed!!!!

    Nitrogen just froze my account this morning stating that my account information overlaps another account that I never created or have any knowledge of. I do not do the promotions, eSports, nor any Poker games so I'm just baffled by this account freeze. I decided to do some research on if others have experienced this and it brought me to this forum. The common thread on the account freeze by Nitrogen Sports is that if you have a decent amount in your account and try to make a withdrawal, a security investigation suddenly pops up. I have just under 7k in my account after losing maybe 20k since September so the timing of this investigation by them is beyond ironic.

    Just happened again to me over a 600 withdrawal!! I even set up the 2fa a couple months ago!!!

    No idea... they took care of me today.. i know I cant use my wifi to log on, have to use the network so who knows with my area

    try sending a message PM on twitter as i have had conversations with them through that channel....

    Yes I have sent messages out on Twitter, some guy name Kevin has responded to me twice asking for account name and email Associated with the account and he has told me twice he has pinged support about my problem and whatever this ping thing is , I’m not getting pinged back from support.

    Banned from Nitrogen

    I sent support a ticket about the bitcoin cash fork . That they said they would pay in future. That was about 2 years ago the fork happened. so thought it was time to get a update. There response was that the owner of this website has banned you from accessing this website. If you ask question you get banned only had some dust in there.Oh will .

    they decided not to pay that long ago and never said they would pay if I remember right just would make a decision...Honestly you have no beef as If you had substantial funds your bad for not withdrawing day before fork. Only book that did pay was Fairlay and they announced they would well before fork.

    Nitrogen did the same thing to me. Thankfully I only had around 50 mBTC in there at the time but they are thieves and dont care at all about their players.

    Edit: they also said I was multi-accounting, which was not the case at all. I would not want to cheat a sportsbook that is holding my money; that's near idiotic if you really think about it.
