#2They allowed me to deposit about $3.8K of ETH in multiple transactions. When I requested a $1.5K payout, account disabled.Comment -

#4They eventually paid me the withdrawal of $1.5K. Right thing to do was refund my total initial deposit of $3.8K. If I were to run up my balance, pretty sure I would only receive my full deposits and not any winnings.
They never told reply to my e-mail why my account was disabled. Stay away from BetCON.Comment -

Now it's over, would you mind taking a stab at what you think their problem may be?

#6I only played there for maybe two days then requested the payout. I only played the Live Dealer casino and not even one bet on sports. So I really do not know why they closed my account.Comment -

#8Explanation from Betcoin
A rep from Betcoin emailed after seeing this thread and asked if I could post this message explaining the issue for them;
This is in response to the accusations made by hello1234567 in the SportsbookReview forum. On 25 Feb we received notification from a live gaming provider that one of their games had been compromised. We were asked to hold all withdrawals from that game until further notice. This player, along with many others, happened to have been playing that game during this time period.
After requesting his withdrawal, he came into support and was told that the first withdrawal for a player can take up to 24 hours for review. He replied "Okay thanks". Then that game provider, with cooperation from us and many other operators, went through each account who had played that day to determine the validity of the play. As soon as this player's gameplay was validated, the withdrawal was sent. This was prior to us being aware of this thread, and clearly the player was not aware either, as he contacted us later to inquire and we had to tell him that his withdrawal was already sent, over an hour previously. The entire timeline of this scenario from the account being suspended to the withdrawal being sent was about 6 hours. Since then the account has been fully active for play and withdrawal.
Obviously, it is absurd for any player to expect losses back in this situation and we certainly would have paid any winnings, as well, had they been earned. We have countless players winning far more than this in our casino every week. I am not sure why the player is trying to steer other players away from us, when at no time was this was he misinformed or spoken to unprofessionally. Obviously we cannot discuss an open investigation with players whose accounts are under review, but he agreed when we originally told him the withdrawal could be up to 24 hours and it took considerably less than that..Comment -

#9I was never aware of any live dealer games being "compromise". Of course all my bets on Roulette would be valid, how would it be invalid?
Why would they close my account because as they said, their provider got compromised? What fault or wrong doing did I do? The entire time I was playing, every spin on the Roulette wheel seems normal and legit. Can they show me proof of the provider being compromised and what game IDs were affected? Did I lose or win on those "compromised" games? This is just a cover up for something else. So did every other player that played on that provider have their account closed too?Comment -

#12if the player played at any time during what was later found to be a compromised game (wow that could be direct stealing from players or who knows) (not sure how you compromised that red black game but whatever) all play should be refunded in full obvioulsy. he was not playing a fair wheel or the number on the wheel was not the one paid or some such thing? YUK.Comment -

For a "smart" guy this is not the first time you have chimed into a dispute thread to say something super dumb trying to stir up drama for no good reason.
In my long experience, my opinion is that the book acted properly here.
They do not have to explain in detail why they think this player is no longer worth the risk to serve.
As long as they pay out every cent owed, they can boot him any time they like..Comment -

#15Hello all,
To clarify this issue, there was an exploit on the player end. A group of players teamed up, using software which could take the speed of the wheel and determine the section the ball would land, prior to bets closing. This is against our (and everyone's) terms of service, as well as illegal.
Because only the section was known, not the exact number, this meant some of the players from the team would lose, but the overall group profits would be infinite. An exploit like this puts tremendous pressure on the game provider, as they are liable for any withdrawals sent, due to the exploit. In this case, the numbers could go into the millions of dollars (we don't know what they were exactly), as this game is offered by hundreds of operators.
Therefore, to ensure that no illegitimate winnings were paid, operators were asked to temporarily suspend withdrawals to players of this game, pending review. As soon as the review on the OP was completed, his balance was sent in full. No KYC was requested and his account remains open if he would like to continue to play at Betcoin.
The game provider has stated that this exploit should be fixed. Since the game was compromised on the player end, no legitimate players were affected, therefore we correctly resolved this by sending the player's withdrawal with the current balance.Comment -

#16Now this clarify the situation a lot better. I sent an email to management and never got a response. My account was closed with any explanation prior. Based on my experience, I would kindly take my action else where.Comment
