Bitpay card loading problems.

I tried loading 550 dollars onto my bitpay card from my bitpay wallet this morning. It has 19 confirmations but on the card page it’s not even showing it’s waiting for confirmations. It’s not even showing the transaction on the card page. It’s been over 5 hours now.

It's strange since that's happened to me. The money was in my account but the balance showed up wrong. This is probably the case. You should be able to use the card.
