Anyone here part of this program? I was receiving the weekly perks of "spins/reward points" after a qualifying deposit every Monday but all of a sudden I'm not eligible? Called and spoke to different agents and the first said the "exclusive" offers were no longer a part of the Btc Exclusive program and the 2nd said they were NOT aware of any changes to the program.
Anyone have something to add? Without the weekly perks for being Btc Exclusive then what's the reason for staying in the program? At least without opting in you could still use your card to deposit. It's an EXCLUSIVE promotion that has NO incentive to join? Sounds kinda crazy to me.
