I have the ruby card with cdc. Earn 2% cro rewards on most purchases. But $400 atm limit per day without fees, 2% fees after that (+the other banks atm fee).
Bitpay charges 2.50 per atm +other banks but limit is 2k and I believe you can do it 3 times to 6k total but I could be wrong.

What are the other pros and cons?
Does one cost significantly more than the other to load/top up? Tax implications less or more strict? Should I send to an exchange and convert to ltc or cro or something first?
