Paxos (formerly itbit)keeps harassing me to supply personal info

Have account but not active and not using. Can I just ask for them to close account?
They keep sending me email after email to provide bank statements, recent employment history, etc.
Just short of my fcuking blood sample and DNA analysis.

Sounds like they are trying to back track and do the KYC job they should have done to start with.

If not wanting to use them I think I would just ignore them.

Thx Ops, told them to close account and that I wont answer emails anymore. Hope they leave me alone.
