You fund with BTC or another crypto-currency. It's for trading only. They have 3 levels there. You can withdraw up to $2k (transfer cryptos out worth up to $2k USD) per day with just an email address.

Poloniex can also be used to wash BTC.

I just opened an account there. So you can only make a deposit using some form of crypocurrency? Can you deposit using your bank account or cash?

I believe you can fund with cash as long as you are verified as a level tier 3.

No even level 4 cannot use banks or cards

JJGolds right but they have USDT tied to the USD at Poliniex. You can transfer USDT to a tether wallet and then go to your bank.
