How do I get my money from bitcoin?

I was thinking about withdrawing from my Bovada account using bitcoin. I have a wallet set up through Blockchain, but how do I then get the cash from that? Very new to this & I live in a smaller city that probably never heard of bitcoin. So how do I get it?

1. Go to Bitpay.com and have them send you a debit card. You can then withdraw by ATM or
2. Link a bank account to Coinbase.com or
3. Link a bank account to Circle.com
4. many alternatives but the 3 above are popular.
