Best way to get cash?

So I'm new to all this and I setup a coinbase, blockchain and registered for bit pay card. Now I'm wondering what is the best way to get my money after j withdraw to blockchain then to coinbase. Is there a method other than bit pay card to withdraw to a bank account that is less suspicious than a regular brick and mortar bank account? Does anyone use a bank account maybe an online one only th let can recommend for withdrawing Bitcoin to?

or any other method to get cash easier?

I've suggested to a few US people asking this question to try independentreserve.com which a fully regulated Australian exchange that offers US$ accounts. It costs 0.5% brokerage plus a $20 wire fee to US banks. I think it would not look sus to US banks. And the rates to sell bitcoin there are higher than the US exchanges most of the time.

No one has reported back actually trying it though so not sure.
