Coinbase Instant Transactions For Today 05/28/16 Not Working
You guys getting the same message I am? Even though I have a high level for Instant Purchases.... it claims the BTC won't be available until Tuesday 5/31/16. Is this because of the Holiday Weekend?

    I don't understand this?

I believe I've purchased BTC on a weekend before... and never had this issues before.

I have nothing pending.... everything is clear. This is weird to me.

Did anyone make an instant BTC purchase at Coinbase today?

Something is really off with Coinbase.... they want $535.00 for 1 BTC

But Bitstamp claims the going price is $513.00 for 1 BTC

    Wow.

According to Bitstamp today's range has been 468.00 - 525.20

So that does seem a bit high.

Maybe the Coinbase quote is taking into account the volatility...

One thing I noticed when logging into Coinbase Optional.... know what you're doing super fast. Look at the quote... and boom boom boom get your BTC and send it thru. The more you play around and click things on that page... the price always goes up. It never goes down when you're logged in.

Naturally Coinbase wants to make $ on every transaction.

I was just about to make an instant max transaction.... and it said coins will be delivered before Tuesday 5/31/16. It always says "within minutes" and I don't know what happened today? Really weird.

I doubt they would get away with charging over the odds like that for too long without some public uproar. I bet it's just coincidence really.

Not sure whats up today. If you ask them about the delivery time change let us know what they say.

money i'd cancel the transaction if i could. bitcoin is so volatile right now it's not even funny. at one of the bigger bitcoin exchanges, it's going from anywhere from $500 to $460. going up and down every few seconds.

I didn't go through with the transaction. Luckily I noticed it wasn't "instantaneous".... it always says... "within minutes" for delivery. But not for my acct today. Just really weird. Oh well... live and learn. I would of been so pissed off buying BTC and waiting til Tuesday for delivery. I wouldn't even know how to cancel the transaction?!?!?

Definitely a crazy day for BTC.

I'll take your word for it.

                          Are you saying it's rigged?

This looks like a good spike to sell into. I'd unload here ($525) if I owned any.
