scam company not pay and closing winning accounts for no explanation,they steal my 1200eur for refusing to verify my normal documents,they not even sent my deposit 175e back

I have the same problem. After three weeks of emailing and calling, I filed a complaint here at SBR regarding Otobet. My account was verified within a day. After this I immediately requested a withdrawal of my balance. This has also been more than three weeks ago and I still don't have the money on my account. Really don't know what to do with this. I can't reach Otobet in any way..

I played with Otobet for few months. Got 100% bonus, played value odds, got paid 1000 eur. No problems.
Then they offered even more generous bonus. So I think they now struggle for money. I beieve they are in red numbers.

I do wait now nearly 2 month for my outpayment request. In that time frame I got one E-Mail from support@otobet.com stating that I will be paid soon. That was back early in July. After that I couldn't reach them anymore by phone or E-Mail. Seems like all the CS disappeared. Now I will forward my issue to legal assistance. To keep money over such a big time frame is simply fraud. Nothing else.

I can't believe it, but I received my outpayment after 2 month of waiting. But no apologize, nothing. The Romanian office seems to be not existent. Wrote a letter to this address, it came back. Hopefully they will do better CS in the future.

Another person who had been waiting a long time was paid this week too. Hopefully this means their issues are solved.

I hope by you saying "Hopefully they will do better CS in the future" you don't mean you are going to continue playing with them. What you've gone through is a massive red flag that they are on the brink of going completely broke so think yourself extremely lucky and play with some reputable bookmakers instead of this outfit.

The only "issues" that most probably got solved is that they've had a few big deposits come in that have paid for a few withdrawals to go out. This has got Ponzi scheme written all over it. Complete no go.

The problem is, that I do still have lots of open bets with them. Hopefully they will be settled by the end of November. Then I will try a final payout.
