On Saturday, the stakes are high in Las Vegas with this heavyweight bout at Allegiant Stadium. Here are our Uruguay vs. Brazil predictions based on the odds from our best soccer betting sites.

Brazil haven't been at their best thus far at Copa America 2024 and face a Uruguay team in red-hot form. The Selecao’s route to the semis appears even trickier with the absence of the suspended Vinicius Junior.

Saturday's quarterfinal kicks off at 9 p.m. ET (Fox Sports).

Despite winning just one of three matches, Brazil are the +165 favorite. Uruguay are one of three teams to advance from the group stage with a perfect record and led the competition with nine goals after the group stage.

Brazil and Uruguay are the second and third favorites, respectively, according to the Copa America odds

Uruguay vs. Brazil score prediction

Uruguay 1 - Brazil 0

Uruguay are the tournament's in-form team. Neither side has fallen behind in this tournament, so something will have to give on Saturday to avoid a penalty shootout. Uruguay have won each of their last six competitive matches in all competitions.

They scored 14 during that run and scored the first goal in each game. La Celeste only conceded once during that streak. Brazil have won two and drawn four in their last six, scoring 12 and conceding eight.

Aside from their 4-1 win over Paraguay, Brazil have struggled offensively. That inconsistency is why they failed to win Group D. The Selecao have been fine defensively throughout the competition, but it’s difficult to see where the goals are going to come from without Vinicius.

The 17-year-old Endrick is an option, as is Arsenal’s Gabriel Martinelli. However, they’ve struggled to score against top opponents.

Uruguay kept six clean sheets in their last ten games, including against Argentina and Brazil. Uruguay beat the Brazilians 2-0 in a World Cup qualifier in September 2023.

The +700 odds will pay a profit of $70 on a winning $10 bet.

Uruguay vs. Brazil anytime goal scorer prediction

Darwin Nunez, Uruguay

Before being kept off the scoresheet by the USA in the final Group C match, Nunez was on an unprecedented goal-scoring run for Uruguay. The Liverpool forward had scored in seven straight international appearances for La Celeste, a feat that equaled Hector Scarone’s record 96 years ago.

Nunez scored ten goals during that streak. He is Uruguay’s leading man on offense, keeping the legendary Luis Suarez on the bench. His evolution has been impressive since Marcelo Bielsa took charge.

He’ll have an eye on the Golden Boot and will like his chances against a Brazil side that have kept only one clean sheet in their last six.

The +220 odds will pay a profit of $22 if Nunez bags his third tournament goal.

Uruguay vs. Brazil best bet

Uruguay ML

Take advantage of Brazil's favorite status. Their form is so bad that even former World Cup winner Ronaldinho declared he had given up on them before Copa America started.

He called this Brazil side one of the worst teams he has ever seen.

Uruguay's only defeat in the past ten games came in a friendly against the AFCON champions, the Ivory Coast.

Offensively, no team has scored more than Uruguay’s nine goals in this tournament after three games. Brazil failed to score against Costa Rica and managed one against Colombia.

Brazil managed only two clean sheets in 2024 and failed to secure consecutive wins in their last ten.

The +190 odds will pay a profit of $19 on a successful $10 wager.
