My best Saints vs. Panthers player props for today's 1 p.m. ET (FOX) game at Bank of America Stadium in Charlotte, N.C., focus on Rico Dowdle, Chris Olave, and Tetairoa McMillan. The Panthers are the 5.5-point favorites.

Dowdle has been dealing with a quad injury this week, which is the only reason this isn’t a five-star play. The Panthers have won four of their five games with him as the lead back, and he’s received 23-plus carries during three of those victories.

The Saints are allowing 129.4 rushing yards per game. They’ve also needed to deal with a league-high 290 rushing attempts while often playing from behind. The Panthers enter Week 10 with the most rushing attempts leaguewide (269).

FanDuel is offering Over 18.5 for -114, but since Dowdle has so consistently been getting a huge workload, I’d rather take an extra attempt for +100. The price implies a 50% chance this Over hits. A $10 bet would profit $10.

⬆️ Chris Olave player prop: Over 5.5 receptions (-118) ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Olave leads the Saints with 55 receptions, 87 targets, 560 yards, and three receiving touchdowns. And Olave’s role will likely increase even more in this offense with Rashid Shaheed getting traded to the Seahawks.

The wideout caught just three of four targets during Tyler Shough’s first start for the Saints last week. Shaheed received more than one-third of Shough’s targets, meaning there are a lot of looks up for grabs this week. Olave has tallied six-plus receptions in six of nine games this season, and he’s received double-digit targets in the same number of contests.

BetMGM’s price of -118 implies a 54.13% chance this Over hits. A $10 bet would profit $8.47.

🔥 Tetairoa McMillan TD pick: To score a touchdown (+190) ⭐⭐⭐⭐

McMillan has only recorded two touchdowns this season, and both of those scores came in the same game. However, he’s received 32 more targets than any other Panther, which has resulted in 21 more catches and 377 more yards than his teammates.

With that type of volume, the receiver is always a threat to score given the right matchup. This is that matchup, as this season the Saints have allowed 18 receiving touchdowns, the sixth-most leaguewide.
