NFL Picks Against the Spread Today: Best ATS Predictions for Every Week 8 Game
I'm happy to announce that my NFL picks against the spread didn't suffer from any bad beats last week. Hopefully, that rare accomplishment doesn't represent a foreboding omen entering Week 8's Sunday slate as I headline three feature matchups while providing predictions for every game on the slate.

I involuntarily associate anything Miami-related with a train wreck, such is the disastrous situation unfolding before our eyes. The game in Atlanta could be Mike McDaniel's last. If he hasn't already lost the locker room, it's slipping away faster than the coach's confidence.
In fairness, the 31-6 loss to the Browns in Week 7 was the first lopsided defeat since the season opener in Indianapolis. However, the grim demeanor of the coaching staff and players on the sideline in Cleveland reflected the disconsolate mood in the camp.
We don't yet know whether Falcons' QB Michael Penix Jr. will start after he suffered a bone bruise in the 20-10 loss to the San Francisco 49ers. It should not matter, though, as backup Kirk Cousins' experience and composure should allow him to dissect the Dolphins' second-worst defensive DVOA.
Plus, the Falcons have the second-best defensive DVOA, along with the two-headed offensive monster of Bijan Robinson and Tyler Allgeier. Of the best sports betting sites, Caesars and bet365 offer the best price (-110) at -7. A winning $10 bet will profit $9.09.
BetMGM and FanDuel have the spread at -7.5.

âïļ Colts (-14) vs. Titans ââââ
Cam Ward is clearly out of his depth in his first year in the NFL. It doesn't help that his offensive line protects him about as well as a Shih Tzu portrays a guard dog. He has been sacked 30 times, eight more than anyone else.
Four of the Titans' six losses have come by at least 14 points, while four of the six Colts' victories were also by at least two scores. One of the Colts' lopsided victories came against the Titans, a 41-20 result at Nissan Stadium in Nashville.
With the best offensive DVOA, the Colts' offense is humming. Meanwhile, the Titans have the worst offensvie DVOA and their average margin of defeat on the road is 14.7 points. All of the best sports betting apps offer standard juice of -110, excluding FanDuel, which has the spread at -14.5.
ðī Chiefs (-10) vs. Commanders ââââ
NFL MVP odds favorite Patrick Mahomes has steered the Kansas City Chiefs to four wins in the last five, all of which by at least 13 points.
The healthiest they've been all season, the Chiefs were even able to rest key starters, including Mahomes, in their 31-0 humiliation of the Las Vegas Raiders at home last week.
They'll be fresh and ready to put on another show at Arrowhead, particularly against a Washington Commanders team that was dominated in Dallas and will reportedly be without the injured Jayden Daniels.
bet365 and FanDuel are the only sportsbooks still offering the Chiefs at -10. The three others have moved to -10.5. bet365's -110 odds at -10 is the best value, and a winning $10 bet will profit $9.09.
