Quarterbacks at either end of their careers are the new NFL MVP odds co-favorites, with Matthew Stafford and Drake Maye continuing their recent dominance in the Week 10 victories.

The 37-year-old and sophomore gunslinger, 14 years his junior, have been head and shoulders above the competition in recent weeks, with the confident duo leapfrogging former winners Patrick Mahomes and Josh Allen on the MVP odds leaderboard. Jonathan Taylor wasn't to be outdone, as he stampeded the Atlanta Falcons in Berlin, Germany, joining the conversation as an MVP front-runner.

📈 Maye jumps Allen, Mahomes as NFL MVP odds favorite

Maye's MVP odds stand at +350, carrying an implied probability of 22.22%. He has enjoyed a historic season thus far for a sophomore quarterback, leading the Patriots to seven straight wins.

Maye had 120 passing yards and a touchdown on only four completions in the first half against the Buccaneers for a passer rating of 149.3. He went 4-for-5 for 120 yards, a touchdown pass, and a 158.3 rating against the blitz before halftime, too.

The MVP co-favorite finished the Week 10 win in Tampa with 270 passing yards, two TD passes, and an interception. He's thrown for 12 touchdowns compared to three picks in the previous five games.

Most importantly, the Patriots' improved to 8-2, increasing their lead atop the NFC East over the 6-3 Bills, who lost in Miami.

🐏 Stafford joins Maye as NFL MVP odds co-favorite

Talk about dialing back the years. Stafford, 37, has 25 TD passes compared to just two picks. He has 13 TD passes in the previous three games, in which he didn't turn the ball over. The wily veteran became the first player in NFL history with at least four TD passes and no interceptions in three consecutive games.

And he hasn't thrown a pick since the Week 3 loss to the Philadelphia Eagles.

He completed 13 of 18 passes against the blitz for 161 yards and 4 TDs in the Week 10 rout of the 49ers, exacting revenge on a San Francisco team that improbably beat the Rams at SoFi Stadium in Week 5. Oh, and his 13 TDs against the blitz in the last three weeks are six more than any other QB in that sample size for a decade.

Sounds like an MVP to me.

He's tied with Maye as the MVP odds co-favorite entering Week 11, and I have no doubt he'll be battling for the top spot in our Clutch Factor QB power rankings when they're released on Tuesday.

🐴 Taylor dominates Falcons, joins MVP front-runners

Taylor carried the ball 32 times, accounting for 244 rushing yards and three scores to make an emphatic statement in the MVP odds race. The Colts' running back hopes to become the first non-quarterback to win MVP in 13 years, with Adrian Peterson pulling off the feat in 2012.

Taylor's performance in Europe provided the platform for the Colts to mount a fourth-quarter comeback and eventually win in overtime. He put the finishing touches on the victory, scoring his third touchdown in overtime.

Taylor became the fourth player to amass at least 7,000 rushing yards and 70+ touchdowns before turning 27. The other three, Emmitt Smith, Jim Brown, and LaDainian Tomlinson, are Hall of Famers.

Most poignantly, Taylor is now receiving the fifth-shortest MVP odds at FanDuel (+500). He was trading at +2000 two weeks ago, an implied probability improvement of 4.76% to 16.67%.
