I’m fading two marque players — including the NFL’s leading rusher — with my Colts vs. Jaguars player props, but also backing a rookie tight end to score a TD.

My top two Colts vs. Jaguars player props for today's AFC South showdown feature the marquee player for each squad — Jacksonville quarterback Trevor Lawrence and Indianapolis running back Jonathan Taylor.

The Colts are a consensus 1.5-point betting favorite in this battle for first place at EverBank Stadium in Jacksonville, Fla. (1 p.m. ET, CBS). In addition to my NFL Week 14 predictions on Lawrence and Taylor, I’ve got a TD-scorer pick on a rookie tight end.

Trevor Lawrence player prop: Over 0.5 interceptions (-130) ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

A big reason why the Colts are 8-4 and tied atop the AFC South standings? An opportunistic secondary that has picked off at least one pass in nine games. In all, Indianapolis has snagged 12 interceptions; only the Bears (17), Seahawks (13) and Jaguars (13) have more.

Meanwhile, Jacksonville’s Trevor Lawernce has completed 11 passes to the opposing team this season. The only quarterbacks with more aerial miscues: Geno Smith and Tua Tagovailoa (both with 14). Although Lawrence played a clean game in last week’s 25-3 rout of Tennessee, it was just his fourth error-free contest. He’s also thrown one interception in each of his last three games versus Indy.

Bet this Colts vs. Jaguars player prop at bet365, where the -130 odds imply a 56.52% win probability. Collect $7.69 on a winning $10 wager.

Jonathan Taylor player prop: Under 94.5 rushing yards (-110) ⭐⭐⭐

Since returning from a bye following a monster 244-yard effort against Atlanta in Berlin, Colts running back Jonathan Taylor has produced 143 rushing yards on 37 carries against Kansas City and Houston (3.9 yards per tote). And prior to traveling overseas, the NFL’s leading rusher only had 45 yards on 15 carries at Pittsburgh.

Even the Atlanta game was somewhat misleading; 19 of Taylor’s 34 runs went for 4 yards or less. Besides, the Falcons rank 25th in the NFL in rush defense. Jacksonville? It allows a league-low 82.4 ground yards per game — 6.4 fewer than any other team. And get this: Not a single player has eclipsed 63 rushing yards against the Jags all year.

Bet365 offers the best number on this Colts vs. Jaguars player prop, with the -110 odds equating to a 52.38% implied win probability. Risk $10 to win $9.09.

Best Colts vs. Jaguars touchdown scorer bet

Tyler Warren TD pick: Score anytime touchdown (+190) ⭐⭐⭐

What do Jake Tonges, Travis Kelce, Terrance Ferguson, Brock Bowers and Dalton Schultz all have in common — beyond being NFL tight ends? They’ve all scored touchdowns against Jacksonville this season. In fact, Bowers recorded a hat trick versus the Jags back in Week 9. That means tight ends have hauled in eight of the 22 TD passes that Jacksonville’s ragged secondary has surrendered in 2025.

So let’s bet on Colts tight end Tyler Warren to find the end zone Sunday. The sensational rookie snapped a four-game scoring drought with a 12-yard TD catch in last week’s 20-13 loss to Houston. Prior to that monthlong dry spell, Warren had hit pay dirt in four straight games.

FanDuel’s +190 price on this Colts vs. Jaguars touchdown prop only has a 34.48% implied win probability. But you’ll pocket $19 on a successful $10 bet.
