Week 15 will begin with a NFC West showdown between the San Francisco 49ers and Seattle Seahawks on Thursday Night Football.

The 49ers, who haven’t lost a game since Week 7 and are 9-4 overall, can clinch the division with a TNF victory. The Seahawks (7-6) are hoping to break out of a brief slump, as they have dropped three of their last four games.

Under 80.5 rushing yards (-125) ⭐⭐⭐⭐

CMC is coming off his best performance since being traded to the 49ers in mid-November. McCaffrey ran for 119 yards on 14 carries, which marked his first 100-yard performance on the ground since he was a member of the Carolina Panthers in Week 3.

Given McCaffrey has only cleared this rushing prop twice in seven games since joining the 49ers, I’m comfortable fading a repeat performance from the talented running back. This line is pretty high across the board, but PointsBet is a yard or two above the rest of the top-rated sportsbooks. That’s where we will be betting the Under on McCaffrey’s rushing yardage prop in this primetime matchup.

Over 35.5 receiving yards (-120) ⭐⭐⭐⭐

McCaffrey wasn’t much of a weapon in the passing game during Brock Purdy’s first start for the 49ers. The running back caught two of three targets for 34 yards and a touchdown in a 35-7 win over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. The fact McCaffrey nearly cleared this mark in that game gives us plenty of confidence in the Over on Thursday night.

The 49ers will be without leading receiver Deebo Samuel in the matchup, so expect Purdy to lean on McCaffrey a bit more in the passing game. McCaffrey caught eight passes for 80 yards just two weeks ago, and has cleared this total in four different games since landing with the 49ers.

This line is all over the place at the time of this writing, with PointsBet being the high point at 40.5 yards and -115 juice on each side. We will happily take an extra five yards and pay the -120 vig at BetMGM, which has the lowest line across the board. Bettors would have to pay more juice at Caesars (-123) and DraftKings (-130) for the same line.

Over 4.5 receptions (-103) ⭐⭐⭐

Since we expect McCaffrey to be more involved in the passing game, it's hard to pass up -103 odds for him to nab at least five receptions. Caesars is offering the best line for this prop, while all other sportsbooks list the juice at -105 or longer.

McCaffrey obviously didn’t clear this mark last time out, but he has caught five or more passes in three different games with the 49ers. He has done so six times this season, and he has recorded 19 total catches in two meetings against the Seahawks back in 2018 and 2019.

With more film available on Purdy, the Seahawks should be able to come up with a defensive game plan to make him a bit uncomfortable at times. That’s when the young quarterback can dump it off to his safety net, tallying those receptions for this particular prop.
