The AFC West hasn’t lived up to the billing as the high-flying division we thought it would be. Is there an opportunity for Russell Wilson and the Denver Broncos to change the narrative on Monday against the Los Angeles Chargers? Here are our Week 6 Broncos-Chargers same-game parlay picks.
Another week of NFL football, another week of Russell Wilson being shoved in front of our faces in primetime. But in the Week 6 match-up against the Chargers, it might not be all bad as the Broncos passing game could actually match up favorably against Los Angeles.
Check out our Broncos-Chargers picks, Monday Night Football props, and Russell Wilson vs. Justin Herbert predictions. DraftKings is also offering a promo on tonight's game.
Here are my Same Game Parlay picks for the Week 6 Monday night match-up between the Broncos and Chargers (odds via FanDuel Sportsbook; pick confidence based on a 1-to-5-star scale).
Broncos vs. Chargers Same Game Parlay Picks

Same-Game Parlay Predictions for Broncos vs. Chargers
Ekeler anytime touchdown scorer (-135) ★★★
Austin Ekeler is back. After a disappointing beginning to the season for the veteran Chargers running back, Ekeler has exploded over the past two weeks.
In two Los Angeles wins over the Texans and Browns, Ekeler scored five combined touchdowns, finding pay dirt both through the air and on the ground in both games. He’s a staple for the offense when it’s going right, so it’s no surprise that the Chargers are 2-0 when Ekeler scores, 1-2 when he doesn’t.
The Broncos haven’t allowed many offensive touchdowns in general this season, just five across five games for an average of one per contest. But the Chargers have an implied team total of 25.5, meaning at least two scores are likely for the offense. If the Chargers are scoring twice, I find it hard to imagine Ekeler isn’t getting at least one of them.
Ekeler’s TD Scorer prop for a Same Game Parlay is -130 at DraftKings, -135 at FanDuel.
Ekeler Over 59.5 rushing yards (-110) ★★★★
Denver has a reputation as one of the best defenses in the NFL this season. While that reputation is largely deserved, it should be noted that the Broncos’ run defense hasn’t been anything particularly special.
Denver has allowed 112.4 rushing yards per game to its opponents this season, which ranks 15th in the NFL. Amazingly, the Broncos have allowed an opposing rusher to clear this total in all five games this season. That included a 144-yard, two-touchdown outburst by Josh Jacobs the last time Denver faced a division rival.
Ekeler is on a hot streak after rumbling for 173 yards on the ground in Week 5. He’s liable to get it done again against a Broncos run defense that actually represents a favorable match-up for opposing rushers. At DraftKings, we are forced to choose from Over 54.5 rushing yards (-175) or Over 64.5 rushing yards (+100). FanDuel offers a standard -110 line on Over 59.5 rushing yards.
Broncos +4.5 (-114) ★★★
Here’s where I pull the wool over your eyes and juice up the parlay with a contrarian pick. Though I trust another big game for Ekeler, there’s generally a lot to like about the Broncos’ chances to hang around in this game.
Russell Wilson has only one game this season featuring more than one touchdown pass, but it came against a friendly Raiders passing defense. Monday, the Broncos get to face another defense that is generous through the air. The Chargers rank 20th in the NFL allowing 237.8 passing yards per game. In run defense, Los Angeles ranks 23rd. The Broncos haven’t had a lot of success on offense, but Monday could be a sneaky chance to find some.
Despite DraftKings offering better odds on Ekeler scoring and virtually identical odds on Broncos +4.5, we’re leaning toward FanDuel due to the difference in the rushing yardage offerings. At DraftKings, our combined parlay odds were +500 or +650 depending on whether we went with 54.5 or 64.5 for Ekeler’s rushing total. We’re splitting the difference with the +608 offered by FanDuel’s more standard offering.
