My best Bengals vs. Bills player props for today's 1 p.m. ET (FOX) game at Highmark Stadium in Orchard Park, N.Y., focus on James Cook, Ja’Marr Chase, and Chase Brown. The Bills are favored by 6 points.

James Cook player prop: Over 99.5 rushing yards (-111) ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Cook has rushed for at least 116 yards in back-to-back games, with one of those performances coming against the Texans’ fourth-ranked rush defense. He now has seven 100-yard rushing games this season, as the Bills lead the NFL with 155.7 rushing yards per game.

The Bengals rank 31st in rush defense, allowing 153.3 rushing yards per game. They’re also allowing 5.1 yards per carry, which ranks fourth-worst in the league. Cook is averaging 5.3 yards per carry. The only reason this isn’t a five-star play is that the Bengals rank dead-last in pass defense, so Josh Allen and the passing attack could steal yards from Cook.

DraftKings’ price of -111 implies a 52.61% chance that Cook hits this Over. A $10 bet would profit $9.01.

Ja’Marr Chase player prop: Under 87.5 receiving yards (-114) ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Joe Burrow finally returned last week, and Chase promptly caught seven of 14 targets for 110 yards, as the Bengals beat the Bengals 32-14. While the performance marked Chase’s sixth 90-yard game in seven tries, it also came against the league’s 26th-ranked pass defense.

The Bills lead the league in passing yards allowed, giving up just 163.2 per game. They’re giving up 11.0 yards per completion, but they’re also holding opponents to a completion percentage of just 59.5%. This means that Chase will likely need a lot of targets to catch enough passes to hit this total. I don’t see that happening since the Bengals will likely lean heavily on the rushing attack against the league’s third-worst rush defense.

FanDuel’s price of -114 implies a 53.27% chance that this Under hits. A $10 bet would profit $8.77.

Best Bengals vs. Bills touchdown scorer bet

Chase Brown TD pick: Score 2+ touchdowns (+650) ⭐⭐⭐

Of all the Bengals vs. Bills player props, Brown to score for +105 at DraftKings is the only five-star play. While you should absolutely be making that bet, I’m going to highlight this longshot, as Brown takes on one of the league’s worst rush defenses.

The Bills have allowed 18 rushing touchdowns, which is the most in the league. They’re also giving up 5.2 yards per carry, which is the second-most in the league, so Brown is a threat to score from anywhere on the field.

Brown only has three touchdowns this season, but he’s averaged more than 5.0 yards per carry over the last three weeks. He recorded 22 touches in Burrow’s first game back, and he should get plenty of opportunities in a great matchup. DraftKings’ price of +650 implies a 13.33% chance that Brown scores twice. A $10 bet would profit $65.
