I expect a run-heavy approach from the Chargers in this game. Justin Herbert has been playing with a fractured hand since Week 13, and took a career-high 54 sacks while being hit on a league-high 129 dropbacks.

Omarion Hampton may not be 100% as he deals with a new ankle injury. But this is still a Patriots defense that allows touchdowns in the red zone 68% of the time, the third-worst rate in the NFL. 

Hampton scored a touchdown in four of the nine games he played this season, including each of the last two, making these plus-money odds appealing.

Henry is a great bet at these odds considering New England averaged the fourth-most points per drive. It also scored a touchdown on 30.5% of its possessions, the third-highest in the league. 

Henry’s anytime touchdown odds are appealing since he has an MVP quarterback candidate throwing him the ball that led the league in quarterback rating, QBR, and EPA per play.

Kayshon Boutte, WR, Patriots (+310) ⭐⭐

If Drake Maye cashes the Over on his 1.5 passing touchdowns, there is a good chance he hits on at least one deep score.

Maye led the league in Total QBR on deep passes, and faces a Chargers defense that ranked 16th in QBR allowed on such throws. By comparison, Los Angeles had the fourth-best pass defense on short and intermediate passes.

On throws 10-plus yards, Maye’s 60.7% completion percentage was second-best, with a league-high 13.4 yards per attempt. 

Boutte is one of two Patriots with six-plus touchdown receptions, making these +310 anytime touchdown odds a steal.
