We're going to kick off our Bills vs. Patriots anytime touchdown scorer predictions with Stefon Diggs in his second revenge game of the season. He caught 10 of 12 targets for 146 yards in Round 1, with all three of those being season highs.
His usage has been a little inconsistent of late, but he totaled 105 yards while catching nine of 11 targets at home against the New York Jets three games ago, after scoring in three straight contests.

Khalil Shakir has been rather inconsistent of late outside of a 110-yard performance against the Houston Texans on Thursday Night Football three weeks ago. However, he returned to the end zone last week for his fourth touchdown of the season while catching two of just three targets for 16 yards.
But the Patriots have, somewhat surprisingly, allowed more touchdowns to wide receivers (16) than all but four teams, along with a 63% catch rate and 7.84 yards per target. Shakir leads Bills receivers with 12 red-zone targets and eight receptions, and he's Allen's most trusted option.
