The top two teams in the NFC will compete for a Super Bowl berth.Read on for our favorite 49ers vs. Eagles prop picks based on our best NFL odds.

The Philadelphia Eagles began the season with an eight-game winning streak and were considered by many as the most dominant team in the league. This week, they take on a San Francisco 49ers team that has won their last 12 games and are considered by some to be the most dominant team in the league.

This is a battle to determine who will represent the NFC in the Super Bowl. The 49ers' top defense will be tested by the league's second highest scoring offense. That means there is plenty of opportunity to cash in on some exciting prop betting action.

To help bolster your portfolio of 49ers vs. Eagles picks, here are our 49ers vs. Eagles prop picks for the NFC conference championship (odds via DraftKings Sportsbook, FanDuel Sportsbook, and Caesars Sportsbook; pick confidence based on a 1-to-5-star scale).

49ers vs. Eagles props

Christian McCaffrey 75+ rush yards, Deebo Samuel 50+ rec yards (+280) ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Niners running back Christian McCaffrey ended the regular season averaging 67 rushing yards per game. However, CMC eclipsed this total in four of his last seven games, including the postseason. He had six regular-season games in which he rushed for at least 75 yards. Philadelphia allowed 125.3 rushing yards over their last three regular season games. Last week, they held New York Giants’ running back Saquon Barkley to just 61 yards.

It was a disappointing season for 49ers wideout Deebo Samuel as he averaged just 48.6 receiving yards per game this season. He has also been battling various injuries and missed four games as a result. In the postseason, Samuel logged a 133 receiving yard performance against the Seattle Seahawks, and 45 against the Dallas Cowboys.

The 49ers will need their stars to shine if they hope to beat the Eagles and the five stars reflect that. Despite McCaffrey splitting time with fellow running back Elijah Mitchell, he should still get enough work to break this barrier. Samuel has plenty of competition as well and is still fighting an ankle injury. Even still, he should account for at least 50 yards.

Brock Purdy to have 1+ passing TDs in each half (+220) ⭐⭐⭐

Rookie 49ers quarterback Brock Purdy has thrown for at least two touchdowns in every game since becoming the starter. He even threw two scoring passes in the game in which he came in to relieve injured Jimmy Garoppolo. In two of those seven games, he completed a pass for a touchdown twice. He also accomplished this task in his wild-card matchup with the Seahawks.

He will have a tough go of it against a Philadelphia defense that allowed an average of 1.2 passing touchdowns per game over the regular season. However, they have allowed nine quarterbacks to throw at least two touchdown passes in a game this season. In four of those, at least one came in each half.

Take two stars away from this prop not because Purdy can't throw at least two touchdowns, but because hitting one in each half is not as easy as it sounds. However, should he hit at these odds, you will make a nice little profit.

Total points by Eagles - 1st half Over 12.5 (-110) ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The Eagles have inflicted a majority of their damage in the first half, averaging 17.4 points in the first 30 minutes of their games. They far exceeded this point total in 14 regular-season games. They also bested this mark in last week's playoff matchup with the New York Giants.

San Francisco's defense allowed the fewest points per game (16.3) over the regular season. That total was split evenly over the first and second halves with three 49ers giving up just over eight points per half. However, they did allow at least 13 points in the opening half in each of their last three games including their wild-card game against the Seahawks.

Teams have struggled to keep Philadelphia off the scoreboard in the first half, which instills full confidence in this prop. Even as good as the Niners defense is, it will be hard for them not to allow the Eagles to cross this threshold in the first half.
