Eight of Florida’s nine SEC wins have come by 15-plus points. I am taking the variability of the full-game spread out of the equation with this first half play.
Florida’s defense has been elite, holding its last two opponents under 35% shooting. Prior to that, it held South Carolina to 0.69 points per possession, while Alabama scored 15 points under its season average.

Otega Oweh leads the Wildcats in scoring at 17.1 points per game. He has performed exceptionally well in SEC play, scoring 20-plus in five straight games, with a 20.6 points per game scoring average over his last 12.
However, Oweh should be in for a rough time against a Florida defense that was only the fifth in the last 20 seasons to hold consecutive SEC opponents below 35% shooting.
