Nebraska's hedge defense has made life difficult for Iowa guard Bennett Stirtz when it comes to setting up teammates. Heβs totaled just five assists in two head-to-head meetings and has been held to seven rebounds. Stirtz hasn't gone over this line in either matchup - even with one game extending into overtime.
Nebraskaβs outlook likely hinges on containing him again. In Iowaβs 12 losses this season, Stirtz has topped this line only twice, averaging 3.7 assists and 2.6 rebounds in those defeats.
