After a wild weekend of upsets, college basketball got off to a crazy start on Monday with even more madness as No. 5 Houston dropped a third straight. And while Tuesday's slate lacks top-25 matchups, it does have several of the hottest teams in the country hitting the court.

With No. 2 Arizona returning to form, the Wildcats lead off my college basketball predictions today. My favorite plays also include backing No. 16 Texas Tech and BYU star AJ Dybantsa.

💰 Best college basketball bet today

Arizona vs. Baylor prediction: Arizona -8.5 (-110) at Baylor

Despite being without Koa Peat and losing its undefeated season, Arizona looks to have sealed up a No. 1 seed in the NCAA Tournament with how it played last week. The Wildcats upset Houston on the road, taking their ATS record to 9-3 away from home.

After taking on four straight ranked opponents, Baylor will be like playing on rookie mode in 2K. The Bears are 10-16 ATS (4-11 in Big 12) and have failed to cover in four straight.

Arizona is one of just three teams ranked in the top 10 in adjusted offensive and defensive efficiency this season.

Cincinnati vs. Texas Tech prediction: Texas Tech -6.5 (-105) vs. Cincinnati

One of the toughest teams to gauge is Cincinnati, which is why I think our best March Madness betting sites are giving the Bearcats too much respect on the road against Texas Tech. The Red Raiders are 4-1 ATS at home since mid-January.

Even without JT Toppin, Texas Tech has the offensive firepower (No. 14 in adjusted efficiency) to push Cinci's defense. And the Bearcats' offense (No. 148 in adjusted efficiency) will struggle to penetrate a Tech team that's held its last four unranked opponents to 62.7 PPG.

Cincinnati is in a hangover spot on the road after upsetting Kansas.

Tennessee vs. Missouri prediction: Nate Ament Over 1.5 made 3-pointers (+106) at Missouri

After an ugly start to the season by Rick Barnes' standards, Tennessee has found its footing in SEC play thanks in large part to freshman Nate Ament. Though not among the freshmen littered throughout the Wooden Award odds, Ament has been on fire lately, averaging 22 PPG over his last 12.

The 6-foot-10 wing's 3-point shooting has been a major recent why, with Ament shooting 38.7% from behind the arc during this stretch. He's hit at least two threes in seven of his last 12.

Missouri's defense is allowing the second-most made 3-pointers per game in SEC play (9.1).

UCF vs. BYU prediction: AJ Dybantsa 35+ points (+182) vs. UCF

Cameron Boozer is the favorite to win the Wooden, and Darryn Peterson is the favorite to be the No. 1 pick, but it's Dybantsa who leads the country in PPG (24.9). And his usage is through the roof, especially with Richie Saunders out for the season.

Dybantsa is No. 2 among high-major players in percentage of possessions used (32.7%) and has played at least 35 minutes in eight of his last nine, scoring 35-plus in four of those games.

UCF's defense isn't equipped to slow him down, with the Knights allowing the highest field-goal percentage in conference play (49.2%).

💡 How I'm betting college basketball today

Follow all of our college basketball analysis and expert predictions this season.

Despite there not being any top-25 matchups tonight, there's still a trio of must-watch Big 12 games on ESPN2. Plus, Tennessee vs. Missouri is one of the most fun matchups on the slate.

Given that I'm planning to watch all four, I'm putting a full unit on my best bet for each game, especially because the lines are slightly surprising.

Texas Tech is not getting enough respect, and Cincinnati is getting too much - I'd take the Red Raiders up to -8.5. Similarly, Arizona should be a larger favorite, too, and I'd back the Wildcats at any number below -12.

As for my favorite player props, Ament is as short as -120 to hit at least two threes at some of our best sports betting sites, so I love the value I'm getting at FanDuel. And Dybantsa's matchup is so favorable against UCF.

🚀 Best college basketball parlay picks today

My plan of attack here is to back two Big 12 heavyweights that I think should be larger favorites, and two flashy freshmen to keep shining on offense against opponents who play poor defense.
