Murray is enjoying an impressive start to the season that has included some prolific performances, but he's still coming in Under this threshold over the last 10 games with averages of 20.2 points and 6.3 assists per contest. 

Friday, he's also facing a daunting challenge in the Rockets, who are surrendering the fifth-fewest points per game (112.5), including 111.2 per home contest, and the third-fewest assists per home game as well (23.7).

Houston has also made life particularly difficult on point guards, allowing the fourth-lowest offensive efficiency rating (23.2) to the position, along with exceedingly stingy 40.7% shooting.

Durant has gotten his Houston tenure off to an auspicious start overall, but there have been some statistical downturns compared to recent seasons.

One has been in his long-range accuracy, as the future Hall of Famer has seen a near 6.0% drop in 3-point shooting over last season (43% to 37.7% heading into Friday). Durant has also connected on two or fewer 3-point FGs in 10 of 13 games. 

His prospects aren’t very bright in that regard Friday, as he’s facing a Nuggets squad that's allowed a league-low 31.2% success rate from deep, including 29.8% in the last three games.

The big man comes in on a six-game heater, where he's outdoing his already lofty standards. He's averaged 35.5 points, 13.7 rebounds, and 10.5 assists in that span while posting four triple-doubles. 

The matchup certainly isn’t the easiest on paper, but there’s no questioning Jokic’s ability to clear this bar with enough opportunity.

At -111 odds on Caesars, the bet has a 52.6% probability of cashing and a $10 bet would net $9.01 in profit.
