💰 Best Magic vs. 76ers player prop picks

⬆️ VJ Edgecombe Over 27.5 points + rebounds + assists (-114) ⭐⭐⭐

Edgecombe has hit the ground running as a pro, totaling 44 and 29 points + rebounds + assists in his first two games while shooting a solid 46.3% in wins over the Boston Celtics and Charlotte Hornets.

The rookie third overall pick is amply displaying the versatile skill set that endeared him to the 76ers, and with Paul George and Joel Embiid both out on Monday, the Baylor product should continue enjoying an elevated role.

Edgecombe has played a total of 37 minutes so far without the star duo on the floor, and his per-36 averages stand at 24.3 points, 7.8 rebounds and 1.9 assists under those conditions.

The Sixers are home underdogs to the Magic on Monday, but Edgecombe’s 24.9% usage rate and the fact Orlando is allowing elevated 47.9% shooting puts this prop in play.

At -114 odds on DraftKings, the bet has a 53.3% implied probability of hitting, while a $10 bet would net $8.77 in profit.

⬆️ Tyrese Maxey Over 37.5 points + rebounds + assists (-120) ⭐⭐⭐⭐

As good as Edgecombe has been, Tyrese Maxey is still the engine of the Sixers’ attack and is averaging 34 points, 4 rebounds, and 7.5 assists over his first two games while eclipsing this total comfortably in both contests.

As just mentioned in Edgecombe’s entry, both George and Embiid remain out Monday, and Maxey has a 30.3% usage rate in that scenario this season and put up a 33% figure last season under those conditions.

Orlando has been a bit less sharp defensively than last season over its first three games, surrendering 114 points per contest while allowing the aforementioned 47.9% success rate from the field.

Maxey is shooting an incandescent 61.1% from 3-point range thus far and has gotten to the line a total of 20 times while boasting a 28.3% usage rate, all numbers that corroborate his ability to cash this prop.

At -120 odds on BetMGM, the bet has a 54.6% implied probability of hitting, and a $10 bet would net $8.33 in profit.

⬆️ Paolo Banchero Over 31.5 points + rebounds (-120) ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Paolo Banchero has sandwiched a pair of his signature performance around one dud over his first three games. In the two productive efforts, he averaged 24 points and 10.5 rebounds, and in his clunker against the Atlanta Hawks, he had an atypically poor shooting night and just five trips to the line.

However, his outlook is bright on Monday against Philadelphia’s thin frontcourt and due to the fact the Sixers have facilitated 27 free throws per game over their first two contests.

Banchero is putting up a robust 17.7 shots per game and has run into some tough luck from 3-point range, but Orlando is implied for over 115 points Monday, and Banchero and his 27.5% usage rate should be right at the center of the action from both a scoring and rebounding perspective.

At -120 odds on BetMGM, the bet has a 54.6% implied probability of hitting, while a $10 bet would net $8.33 in profit.
