The Philadelphia 76ers will be without Joel Embiid yet again, and snapping a six-game losing streak will be tough when they visit Ball Arena to face a rolling Denver Nuggets team tonight (10 p.m. ET, TNT).

Tyrese Maxey prop pick: Over 29.5 points ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Maxey is averaging a career-best and team-high 26.4 points per game this season, shouldering the offensive load with Embiid sidelined for most of the campaign. Maxey has averaged 31 points per game across his last seven, yet we can get this prop at great value for even money.

Maxey hit the Over on this one in just five of his first 20 games overall, but he’s scored 30 or more in seven of his last 14. He has hit the Over in four of his last seven and seven of 14.

In the last two weeks, Maxey comfortably leads the Sixers in usage at 33.8 and shot attempts at 24.7. He scored 29 on his previous trip to Denver, and we can expect him to rack up plenty of points tonight. For Philly to be competitive, they'll need him to shoot the ball early and often.

Michael Porter Jr. prop pick: Over 2.5 three-pointers ⭐⭐⭐⭐

MPJ has drilled at least three triples in two straight and three of his last four appearances. He’s converted at least that many three-pointers in 23 of 42 games on the season overall.

Philly has allowed the 10th-fewest made three-pointers per game at 13.3. Over the last 10 games, however, the Sixers have surrendered the eighth-most at 14.1.

Philadelphia has allowed opponents to shoot an efficient 39.7% from beyond the arc in that span, the sixth-highest. Porter Jr. should have no problem hitting the Over at home in such a favorable matchup.

Kelly Oubre prop pick: Over 15.5 points ⭐⭐⭐⭐

With Embiid and rookie sensation Jared McCain sidelined, Oubre has been forced to step up as a scorer. He ranks fifth on the team behind Embiid, McCain, Maxey and Paul George.

At least two of those options will be out tonight, possibly three if George sits. Since returning from a three-game absence, Oubre has averaged 16.9 points per game and hit the Over five times in eight appearances.

In that span, he scored at least 15 points six times. He only hit the Over in six of his first 30 games before delivering 16 or more in five of eight, and he’s done so in three straight heading into tonight’s matchup. We expect another strong scoring performance.
