Saturday marks the return of fan favorite Tyson Fury as he collides with fellow heavyweight goliath Arslanbek Makhmudov in a 12-round featured attraction at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in London.
Fury is being touted as a heavy betting favorite according to oddsmakers who currently have him priced at -650 on the moneyline, but there's better value elsewhere in this fight, and we break it all down now in my Tyson Fury vs. Arslanbek Makhmudov props. The main card is scheduled to begin at 2 p.m. ET, with the main event estimated to start around 6 p.m. ET, and the entire card is streaming live on Netflix.

Over 8.5 total rounds (-104) ⭐⭐⭐⭐
For as many advantages as Fury has in this fight, we can't ignore the fact that he's been away from the sport for 16 months and may need a few rounds to find his rhythm. I don't expect him to take too many risks in the first six rounds before starting to turn up the pressure in the latter half.
Five of his last six fights have gone Over 8.5 rounds, including his last four straight. On the other side, Makhmudov was deducted two points in his last fight for excessive holding and will likely try to slow the pace down in this one as well. In any case, it looks good for the over 8.5.

Fury to win in round 7-12 (+150) ⭐⭐⭐
Fury holds a 71% knockout rate, and he's fighting a guy in Makhmudov who's been stopped in both of his career defeats, so the chance of him now surviving 12 full rounds against this level of competition doesn't seem likely. It's not a question of if, it's a question of when, and I'm backing the finish to come between rounds 7-12.
Standing 6-foot-9 and weighing nearly 300 pounds, Fury tends to lean on opponents and tire them out before scoring the knockout late. In his last four stoppage wins, three of them came in rounds 7-12, while the other was one second away from getting to round seven. This is what he does, and I trust him to come through once again in this spot.
