Let’s dive into my UTSA vs. South Florida player props tonight.
Kickoff from Raymond James Stadium in Tampa, Fla., is set for 7:30 p.m. ET (ESPN), with South Florida listed as a 13.5-point betting favorite. My college football predictions for Week 11 anticipate a productive night from UTSA quarterback Owen McCown.

💰 Best UTSA vs. South Florida player props
⬆️ Keshaun Singleton player prop: Over 61.5 receiving yards (-114) ⭐⭐⭐
South Florida runs a fast-paced offense under head coach Alex Golesh that ranks ninth in points per game (37.1) and 28th in passing yards per game (262.9). Dual-threat quarterback Byrum Brown has excelled at both levels of the game, and his passing prop (260.5) and rushing prop (70.5) reveal just how much value he adds. However, our Mike Spector targets the Bulls to have more success on the ground than through the air in his UTSA vs. South Florida prediction.
Instead of targeting Brown, let’s back his top receiver by receptions: Keshaun Singleton. He's averaging 3.6 receptions and 56.4 receiving yards per game, both below this line, but the matchup is a juicy one. UTSA ranks second-worst in the American by explosiveness allowed, almost all of which has come via the pass.
A look at recent box scores shows how beatable the Roadrunners can be through the air. Six different Tulane and North Texas receivers tallied at least one 30-plus-yard reception over UTSA’s last two games. If Singleton gets one of those, he won’t need much more to go Over 61.5, so lock this one in at FanDuel for -114 (53.3% implied probability) to score an $8.77 profit on a $10 bet.
⬆️ Owen McCown player prop: Over 245.5 passing yards (-115) ⭐⭐⭐
One consequence of USF’s fast-paced offense (which ranks second in seconds per play) is that opposing teams run more plays. The Bulls rank 129th in opponent plays per game (77). So even if the defense plays efficiently, UTSA should have a ton of chances to connect through the air, and I expect McCown to take full advantage.
McCown is averaging only 210 passing yards per contest this year, but he averaged 263.4 with this team just a year ago. His 6.7 yards per attempt leaves something to be desired, but assuming UTSA continues to pass slightly over 50% of the time, he should have more than enough plays to go Over the 245.5 total.
Lock McCown in for a big day through the air for -115 (53.5%) at Caesars, enough to profit $8.70 on a $10 bet.

6️⃣ Best UTSA vs. South Florida touchdown scorer bet
🔥 Chas Nimrod TD pick: Anytime touchdown scorer (+110) ⭐⭐⭐⭐
It’s iffy as to whether wide receiver Chas Nimrod will play, but head coach Alex Golesh has said that he is “progressing well” for this game and could suit up. If he does, that’s a game-changer for South Florida. Singleton may lead the team in receptions, but Nimrod leads in receiving yards (466) and yards per reception (20.3). He has three touchdowns on the year.
UTSA’s inability to stop opposing passing plays bodes well for Nimrod’s ability to get into the end zone. Should Nimrod suit up, he has a far better chance of taking a catch to the house than bet365 would have you believe with his anytime touchdown scorer odds at +110 (47.6%). Lock this one in to score an $11 profit on a $10 bet.
