Oklahoma vs. Tennessee Player Prop Bets: Best Player Props & TD Picks for Week 10
Last Updated: November 1, 2025 12:30 PM EDT • 4 minute read X Social Google News Link
My Oklahoma vs. Tennessee player prop bets expect plenty of fireworks in this SEC matchup, with a total trading as high as 57.5 points ahead of kickoff for the AP top-18 conference rivalry game from Neyland Stadium in Knoxville, Tenn., at 7:30 p.m. ET (ABC).
My picks from last week’s game involving No. 18 Oklahoma went 2-1, and bettors profited by nearly one unit. I aim to continue that momentum with this trio of player prop bets in a tussle with No. 14 Tennessee as I continue my Week 10 college football predictions.

💰 Best Oklahoma vs. Tennessee player props
Our college football player prop odds tool shows the best odds for every market across legal sportsbooks in your area.
⬆️ John Mateer player prop: Over 240.5 passing yards (-114) ⭐⭐⭐⭐
Oklahoma quarterback John Mateer had seen his passing yards total decrease for four consecutive weeks before rebounding for a 223-yard effort against Ole Miss. However, I am still making what is likely the contrarian play on the Over for his passing yards, considering he has stayed Under his projected total in three straight games since returning from injury.
Tennessee’s defense entered last week ranked much higher in EPA per rush allowed (86th) than EPA per pass allowed (116th). Those splits played out similarly in its win against Kentucky last week. The Volunteers allowed 34 points despite limiting the Wildcats to fewer than four yards per carry, as Kentucky threw for 330 yards while quarterback Cutter Boley finished with an 86.3 QBR.
I expect Oklahoma to challenge Tennessee early and often through the air, especially if it is chasing points as a 3.5-point underdog.
Mateer’s O/U is at 254.5 at the high end of the market. Therefore, I am taking advantage of the best number and price at FanDuel, where a $10 wager through its -114 odds (carrying a 53.27% implied probability) would net $8.77 in profits if he throws for at least 241 yards.
⬆️ DeSean Bishop player prop: Over 71.5 rushing yards (-114) ⭐⭐⭐
Volunteers running back DeSean Bishop faces an Oklahoma defense that entered Week 9 leading the SEC in run defense and points allowed. But it was also the league’s best team in terms of pass defense, and its 28 sacks were not only tied for the most among FBS teams, but was also the Sooners’ highest total through seven games over the last 20 seasons.
In an attempt to keep quarterback Joey Aguilar upright, I expect Tennessee to lean on its ground game with DeSean Bishop. Bishop has eclipsed this total in three of his last four games, and faces a Sooners defense that entered last week 13th in the SEC and 84th nationally in missed tackles.
I am headed to FanDuel again for this wager, where its -114 odds at a 53.27% implied probability would net $8.77 on a winning $10 wager.

🔥 Chris Brazzell II to score a touchdown (+105) ⭐⭐⭐
Tennessee quarterback Joey Aguilar has as high as 61.83% implied odds to go Over his passing touchdowns total of 1.5. And with the Volunteers favored in a game with an implied team total of 30.5 points, Chris Brazzell’s anytime touchdown odds are a great value play.
Prior to their game against Kentucky where they threw for 396 yards and three touchdowns on the road, the Volunteers ranked 21st in EPA per pass, and in the top 20 in available yards.
Brazell II’s eight touchdowns have come within the last seven games, and he has only had two scoreless games in that span. This is an excellent price on the SEC’s leading receiver in yards and touchdowns to find the endzone once again.
If Brazzell II finds the endzone for the ninth time this season, my $10 winning wager through Caesars’ +105 odds would net $10.50 in profits.
