Following the release of the College Football Playoff selection committee's second CFP rankings, several teams saw their College Football Playoff odds shorten.
Ohio State, Indiana, and Texas A&M remain the top three seeds in the CFP rankings, with all three programs' CFP odds pulled weeks ago. However, No. 4 seed Alabama remains on the board as a -1600 favorite to reach the College Football Playoff, with No. 5 seed Georgia (-2000) and No. 7 seed Ole Miss (-2000) the bigger favorites.
The newest rankings also led to Texas Tech (-1000), South Florida (+125), and Texas (+190) having their odds shortened, while the only ACC team to make the newest bracket, Miami (+450), remains a long shot.
