I was at a tennis tournament the last 2 days and got some much needed sleep today. Just woke up about 1/2 hour ago. I played Cilic but won't officially count it here since I didn't post it. My other play is

Congrats to Berdych for making the final 4!!!!

I wish my book had odds for each quarter winner as a thought Berdych had a great chance to come out of his quarter and he did. I was hoping someone (was banking on Gulbis) was going to upset Federer before the semis and taking Soderlings bad form before the French into account I didn't think he was going to have a great run but he has proven me wrong.

So now we have Berdych vs Federer or Soderling. Berdych destroyed Soderling on hard court in Miami this year. Their only meeting on clay was back in 07 which Berdych won, but that meeting means nothing.

As I said when I made this bet, this really isn't who I think would have won (I've been on record since the clay season began that Nadal won't drop a set this tournament) but more of a value bet. It's been fun watching Berdych and his time might be coming to an end but a great tournament by him!

Bookies favourite is Soda (-250) and Berdych +175 and this is cuz Soda just defeated Federer. Berdych got psychological advantage having won with Soderling earlier this year. I think I'll go with Tomas

As you can see I'm playing Nadal 3-0 tomorrow. I don't think he drops a set to Almagro. Nadal has lost one set this year on clay and it came to Almagro, but I don't see him dropping a set in Roland Garros against Almagro.

3-1 is +320 for me..basically the same then. Yes, definitely don't play -500. If the 3-1 was higher and considering they have 3-0 at -500, 3-1 should be much higher, I would have told you to play 3-1 but at +350 I don't think it's really worth it

I'm going to sleep on the Serena match. I was tempted to take Stosur at +500 2 sets to 1 but have backed off. I don't feel comfortable backing Serena at her odds as I think Stosur will put up a fight. My first thought when the lines came out was Serena 2-1 at +285 and I might end up sticking with that. I'll make a decision in the morning.
