    "other" than?

    It isn't entirely clear that the opening post referred to any particular country. Many countries have similar provisions.

          Isn't that one of those anti-terrorism laws? To prevent funding of cells.

          In any case, with all the 'elite's' money in offshore accounts, I don't think we have to worry too much about very strict regulation. Some laws are laws only on paper.
