    For the record bet online has been the best book I’ve ever played at and this is the only issue I ever had, the issue has been fixed and all is good, thank you betonline for the assistance in fixing this issue

    BOL is a great book, but since it’s been down for 2 days I’m struggling as well. No emails replied too, I have reset my password multiple times the past two days. Phones haven’t been working for me either. So the OP isn’t fabricating anything.

    Look, they were/are having an issue with a large number of their players. Their is an issue with a message popping up to auto reset passwords that just keeps coming no matter what. They are also not answering their phones due to the influx of calls regarding the issue

    thankfully, for me it was resolved and its now working fine

    What did you or they do to resolve the issue? Been trying since Wednesday night here.

    You cant reset it through an apple device. I basically use my iPhone 100% of my life lol so it kept giving me the reset popup no matter how many times. One of my emails was finally responded to by their customer service, they told me about the apple issue and instructed I reset it thru a desktop computer but not an apple laptop. That worked, I reset it thru my desktop that I haven’t even turned on in months lol and now my PW was successfully changed and I can login in on all devices include iPhone/iPad

    Mods, now that we know its a tech issue, please delete this thread, don’t mean to draw negative attention, betonline is the best book I’ve ever played at and I was just worried this past 24 hours, they were inundated with calls/emails and they took the time to eventually reach me and tell me how to fix it, they don’t deserve the bad pub, please delete, the other person here who had the same issue now knows what to do so no need to keeps his thread, they are A+ book

    They are my favorite book, have been for 5+ years. However if you can’t login for 2+ days, and I just tried from a non Apple laptop, and still have the same issue..that’s a problem. I came here to sbr to see if anyone else had the same problem. I’ve noticed on Twitter multiple people are still having the problem. So, the thread can be deleted, but the problem is still on going. Thanks for your attempt to help! Glad you were able to log back in.

    Certainly a different PW. I will try on Chrome, maybe that will do it.

    This. It took me under a minute to reset my password and I just got a mid 4 figure payout today. People bug out for no reason.

    That’s awesome for you! I’ve tried Chrome and Edge with no luck. Yes resetting a PW is very simple. I’m a relatively smart guy with no ill intentions other then to log back into their site.

    They just be inundated with calls and emails, they will probably have it all resolved soon this weekend. I know since its fixed for me easy to say but now that I know its an issue many having, you shouldn’t be worried. Yes it sucks but they are on the issue and I think you know you’ll be fine. What made me anxious was when I tried calling about the issue with no answer but obviously now looking back they are just on overbearing

    I got a request to update my password both at Betonline.ag and Sportsbetting.ag

    Interesting, maybe their database was hacked.

    My 1st reset email never arrived, 2nd one did. Can login no issues.

    5 dimes made change pass used have easy to remember now they wsnt upper case numbers symbols its too much i like when could have dick as my password if i wanted

    I remember this happening to me and it kept trying to make me change password

    It's something weird about the address you put in. Make sure it is www.betonline.ag and nothing else with slashes or anything. It's just a glitch
