Did you reset to a PW you've never used before? We'll ask BetOnline for comment and see if they need any more info.

Password reset link not working

While playing poker last night a message pope up on screen stateing sportsbettingpoker would be shutting down for maintenance and security. Also stated I would receive an email link to reset my password once maintenance was complete. They shut down and later I received the email link. I have tried to reset my password several times but has not worked so for. Every time I enter my new password and click submit , the page resets and sends me the link again. Anyone else have this problem?

same thing but I never received email, not in spam folder either, not anwering chat (says 45 minute wait ) so must be widespread, not answering phones, had day off was going degen today and play Cubs game, Masters props and play some poker tournys, hope I save money.

I'm having the same problem but it seems so is everybody else because when I tried to live chat with them their agents were tied up assisting other customers whom I'm assuming are having the same problem logging in.

BetOnline is working on the fix for this issue, but in the meantime suggest either of the three solutions:

1. Try changing your password on the link on the homepage, not the poker software.
2. Use desktop and not phone
3. Use Chrome or Edge

The issues should be fixed soon.

Having issues as described above. E-mailed for password reset, not in e-mail inbox or spam. Tried resetting on both Edge and Chrome.

Betonline has disabled all logins and turned their phones off...

I waited 24 hours but have no choice to report this now. BOL has disabled all logins by forcing everyone to reset their passwords constantly despite them not working. Been over a day now. Ive called over 100 times, nothing, no answer. Emailed 30-40 times, no answer.

This is not good and they might have closed shop. have high 4 figure balance Ive been depending on soon for a withdrawl. This is very worriesome

are you sure the website address is www.betonline.ag ?...that is the legit one with passwords working and functioning at 100%...conversely, if you are trying to log on to www.betonline.com you will have issues and problems...I hope this helps...

love these trolls always 1st post is some sports book rated high on the list is terrible not working, it's like the books take turns having their customer service reps create accounts and write bad reviews about competitiors

im not a troll

i was unable to login for almost two days. Some issue with their software password reset. If you try calling them now, you wont get through to anyone as they just send everyone to hold automatically due to the influx of people calling about the issue
